Curbside Service

If you aren't producing enough trash to need one of our residential dumpsters there may be another option available to you. Residents of the Pleasant River Solid Waste Disposal District (PRSWDD) and the Bay Area Waste District (BAWD) now have access to Mark Wright Disposal's curbside service.

How does it work?

Our curbside service uses a bag tag system. Residents are required to attach one tag to each bag they put out. Bags can be no larger than 33 gallons and weigh roughly 30 pounds. Larger or heavier bags will require an additional tag.

What is a 'Bag Tag'?

 

 

 

 

Each tag is neon yellow and has a peel and stick backing. Rules and requirements of the service are printed on both the front and the back.

Where do I get bag tags?

At this time bag tags are available for purchase at our office. These can be ordered over the phone or you can stop by and purchase them in person.

Will you take anything other than bags?

Yes! Simply attach one bag tag for every 30 pounds of estimated weight of an item. If an item is large or bulky (recliner, washing machine, etc) please contact our office the day before service.

Mark Wright Disposal currently provides curbside disposal services for member towns of both the Pleasant River and Bay Area Transfer Stations. Below you will find a list of all towns currently serviced.

Service Schedule

All our private curbside service is completed on Tuesdays. Bags must be at the curb by 7:00AM.
